The collection and storage of personal information submitted to Allez Endless S.L. is governed by the Spanish (LOPD) and by our Privacy Policy. Whenever you visit the site, register your details, or purchase from the site, you agree to be governed by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.


When you place an online order through the site, you will be asked to provide personal and card payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will perform a fraud credit check via our payment provider Cybersource. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks via Cybersource.

Shipping - Information and Cost

Allez Endless S.L. is regularly in contact with the main national and international delivery services to identify the lowest shipping costs for each country and the best service in terms of timing, guaranteed delivery and customer service. The products ordered are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on national holidays and during business closures. When the order is handed over to the shipping service, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code.

Delivery is considered complete when the products arrive to the customer at their specified address. Upon product delivery, the customer should carefully check:

- That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered.

- That the number of items delivered corresponds with the number indicated in the transport document.

Any damage to the packaging and products, or a discrepancy in the number of items, packages or other information, must be immediately reported by the customer who should contact Allez Endless S.L. through Customer Service.


In case of non-delivery due the recipient's absence at specified address, the courier will send an email alert to the customer with a link that he or she can use to schedule a delivery day. The customer may indicate a date and general time. If it is not possible to complete the delivery on the agreed-upon day due to customer absence, Customer Service will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the customer within 10 days, the order will be returned to NDLSS. After 30 days from the date on which the products were returned to NDLSS due to the inability to complete the delivery, the order will be canceled. NDLSS will refund the amount paid by the customer, the net return shipping cost, and the cost of storing them at the courier's facility. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated via email. The refund amount will be credited via the payment method used by the customer. In the event that, before the expiration of the 30 days, the customer asks for the purchased products to be delivered again, NDLSS will proceed with a new delivery, subject to a delivery charge in addition to the cost of returning the products to NDLSS and the cost of storage.

International Custom Charges

Some international orders may incur a customs or import charge. NDLSS does not have any control over these charges, as it is based on your own country's regulations and compliances. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Any charges incurred are to be paid by the customer upon order delivery.

For orders outside of the European Union, fees, taxes, and other possible charges are not included in the price of the product nor the shipping cost. These potential fees must be paid by the customer. If the customer does not pay these additional taxes, NDLSS will refund the order value minus the return cost and customs fees that may incur on it's way back to our warehouse. 

Local levies

Please note that local import fees vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Pricing within Europe includes taxes and duty fees. 

Sale pricing adjustments

From time to time, NDLSS will run discounted pricing on specific items as part of a sale or promotion. Subject to the sentence below, NDLSS is happy to compensate the difference between the amount paid and the discounted price, if the item was purchased within 10 days of the commencement of the specific discount.

Please note that we are not able to offer any refund if the same item (inc. colour/size) is not in stock on the site at the time of the request, or if the item was originally purchased at a discounted sale price or we have already provided a price match on the order.

Payment & Order Acceptance

We accept the following payment types on our site:

American Express

Payments for all orders are taken on dispatch of goods, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.

We will process your payments securely via the Cybersource payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted. All stored card details will be stored securely on Cybersource’s secure servers.

Your payment and order will only be deemed as final when final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 15 calendar days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in sellable condition. 

For returns coming from outside of the EU, we are not responsible for items that get held, returned, or otherwise affected by Spanish customs. 

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the NDLSS Customer Services Team. Faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. NDLSS is unable to refund postage on returned gift items.

Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. Please include a suitable delivery address for us to dispatch exchanged products to. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

Intellectual property rights

Usage of the NDLSS site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property related to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law.

Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with permission from NDLSS.


We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. In this case, we will notify you in writing; however, this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms. This arrangement is between you and NDLSS. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms. Each of the paragraphs within these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full effect. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Both you and NDLSS agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in respect to any matter arising hereunder.

 Product Care

  • NDLSS Apparel is designed for the riding position and may require some simple adjustments and positioning prior to riding
  • Please avoid any rigorous pulling of fabrics, seams, leg openings and zippers
  • Please avoid contact with any rough surfaces as this may damage the fabric or stitching
  • Garments are best washed alone or with other cycling apparel
  • Turn the garment inside out prior to washing
  • Use mild liquid detergent – do not use powder detergent, bleach or softeners.
  • Consider using a specialty cleaning product made for technical fabrics as these tend to not leave detergent residue.
  • Machine wash on delicate cycle in lukewarm water (max. 35°)
  • Hang dry garment in a well ventilated area until completely dry.
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron.
  • Do not wash with any garment containing Velcro®
