You will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received (please check your spam/junk folder) a confirmation email from us, it has not been completed. In this case, please contact us at info@endless.cc.

No, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

No, we cannot combine orders after they have been placed.

No, we are not able to add items to an order that has been confirmed.

If we have cancelled your order, it could be because: error in our stock, order limitations, or a problem with your payment. In this case, you will receive an email and refund.
SHIPPING

We do our best to get our orders processed ASAP, usually in 48 hours. During peak points in the year, it could take us up to 5 days to get your order shipped off. As soon as it's shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking info.

Yes, we ship all around the world (except for the Canary Islands, Russia, and Belarus). We cover customs fees for the following countries: USA*, CANADA, JAPAN, UAE, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, SWITZERLAND, & SOUTH KOREA. For countries not listed above, we are not responsible for local duties and taxes that incur.

To help make up for the steep increase in duties applied to small packages shipped to the US, we have had to implement a fixed amount according to your order amount.
- $20 for orders under $200
- $45 for orders between $200 and $300
- $65 for orders between $300 and $500
- $80 for orders between $500 and $700
- $100 for orders between $700 and $100
- $130 for orders between $100 and $200
- $160 for orders between $200 and $300
- $200 for orders between $300 and $500
- $250 for orders above $500

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to your shipping address.

If the tracking information shows that it has arrived, yet you have not received it, please contact us at returns@endless.cc.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items will be inspected to ensure they are in their original condition with tags attached. Return items that don’t meet these requirements will not be refunded.

Everything should be washed in cold water, preferably by hand or using a gentle cycle. Do not machine dry, dryclean, or iron.
