FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Size exchanges are free. Before submitting a return request, email returns@endless.cc with your order number, the item you want to exchange and the size you need. Our team will confirm availability and send you the next steps. Please do not submit a refund request for a size exchange or send items back before receiving our instructions.

How can I request a return for a refund?

Submit your return request through your customer account at account.endless.cc using the email address associated with your order. Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will email you the instructions and, where applicable, a GLS or UPS return label. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

For returns due to a change of mind, a flat return shipping fee is deducted from the refund:
• Spain: €10
• All other countries: €20
These return fees do not apply to size exchanges arranged with our team.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact returns@endless.cc with your order number and photographs. Ndlss® will cover the return shipping cost and the flat return fee will not apply.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their original tags and packaging. Size exchanges are subject to availability.
