We’re constantly working to create cool, compelling cycling gear. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it provided it is within 15 calendar days of the date on your receipt and the item is as new and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in sellable condition. NDLSS maintains the right to change or revise these terms without notice. 

How do I make a return?

Send us the item(s) you want to return (see address below). *It's your responsibility to choose a courier, fund your package's journey back to us, and ensure it arrives safely. 

For returns outside of the European Union, you must send us the return package within 15 DAYS as commercial returns received within 30 days of the order date won't be subject to additional customs fees. The courier of you're choosing will have you fill out a Customs Declaration Form. To ensure your return package arrives to us efficiently, please make sure to provide the same description and value we included on your original order and specify that it's a return. We are not responsible for items that get held/returned by customs. The safest way to send us your return is via DHL. 

Once we ensure that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging we send you your money back. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. Socks and Bidons cannot be returned. 

Please note: If the final amount is less than 160 euros after subtracting the value of the return item(s), we subtract the cost incurred to ship the item(s) to you: 10 euros for Spain/Portugal/Andorra or 18 euros for anywhere outside of these three countries. We also subtract any customs fees we paid to receive your return from your refund.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.endless.cc.

What if I receive a Faulty Item?

We shoot to provide the best performing and aesthetically pleasing gear, but unfortunately manufacturing errors happen. Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded according to our Customer Service Team’s evaluation. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

Once we have received the item(s), a refund will be issued for the returned item(s) minus the return shipping costs (10€ Spain, 30€ for South America, 20€ for rest of world) within 7- 14 work days.
